What is your Now?

The word NOW has been resonating with me this month. So I have been reflecting on who/how to be between now and the new year.

Whether you have achieved your goals, chose to pivot, or permitted yourself to take a break, this thought is a reminder that every moment of life is valuable. Our presence is a gift.

We are more than what we do each day and the circumstances that may arise. Every breath that we take is a reminder that new opportunities await us each day. If you have experienced some delays, consider what options are available at this moment.

It is unnecessary to wait until 2022 to become more of who you desire to be. Instead, use the remainder of the year to receive the best that life has to offer you now. Your best is unique to you.

  • Take inventory of your strengths, focus on the value that you add to life each day.
  • Commit to moving forward with confident expectations that good things are available for you.
  • Allow challenges to become a growth path; turn them around for your good.

  • Cultivate healthy relationships with yourself and others.
  • Allow your light to shine now!

Remember, what you focus on grows! So, set your hearts and minds on the best possible experiences that you can imagine. Then, align your words and actions with who/how you desire to be.
