It has been a while since I have connected with you. Like most people, I have been spending time resting, reflecting, releasing, and renewing.

It is an undeniable fact that we can all use some encouragement. During this season of transition, it is tempting to subconsciously agree with unproductive thoughts and actions. The news industry enjoys giving us continuously “live feed.” The truth is, we did not choose the current circumstances, nonetheless everyone is being impacted in one way or another.

Even in the midst of the changes, it is still possible to manage life consciously and to continue moving forward. Committing to at least one positive and productive act daily will have a lasting impact. Consider what you need most at this moment. Do what is best for you now and commit to moving forward one step at a time. Surround yourself with a supportive community to keep your spirits lifted. Always be a source of encouragement for others.
